ALAPAGE RETURN POLICY, SHIPPING & TAX INFORMATION

December 2021 Shipping Update!

PLEASE NOTE: We will ship your items as quickly as we are able, but due to the issues in the shipping industry across all carriers, your package may experience inevitable shipping delays.   Expedited shipping may also have delays that we cannot prevent.  Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.  Happy Holiday Season!

Refunds for Online and In-Store Purchases are Outlined Separately Below:

1. Return Policy for Items Purchased Online**:
We want you to be happy with your purchases! If your items are unsatisfactory or defective you may return your purchase for a full refund following these guidelines:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • The item must not have been worn, changed, altered or washed.
  • The item MUST be returned in the exact same condition it was received.
  • All original tags MUST be attached.
  • Footwear MUST include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.  Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box. 
  • Undergarments and Special Orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for any reason.
  • Items on Sale for 50% or more off the Original Price will be considered a FINAL SALE.  These items can not be returned for a refund or exchange. 
  • An Alapage Return/Exchange Form is sent with each order and must be completed and included in the Return package.
  • Packages that arrive COD may be denied or the COD charge will be deducted from the Refund. 

Completing the Website Return/Exchange Form
Complete the merchandise return/exchange form that was included with the original purchase. *Items must be identical to the original item ordered. Please return merchandise in a properly sealed/protected package. We highly suggest registering and insuring your package. Alapage does not accept any responsibility for packages sent by customers and will not be responsible for lost packages without a proof of delivery.

**Any return or exchange that does not meet with Alapage's policy will not be accepted or refunded. The item will be sent back to the customer at their expense. All refunds/exchanges will be processed after Alapage’s Return Department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

2. Return Policy for Items Purchased In Store:

For a full Refund:

  • The original Alapage Sales Receipt MUST accompany the purchase.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Items on SALE for 50% or more Off the Original Price will be considered a FINAL SALE.  These items can NOT be returned for refund or exchange. 

For Store Credit or Exchange:

  • All items must be returned to the store within 14 days of the purchase date on the receipt.
  • An Alapage Gift Receipt must accompany the purchase.
  • The item must not have been worn, changed, altered or washed. The item MUST be returned in the exact same condition it was received.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Undergarments and Special Orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for any reason.
  • Items on SALE for 50% or more off of the Original Price will be considered a FINAL SALE.  These items can not be returned for a refund or exchange. 
  • An Alapage gift box is not proof of purchase.

Credit Card Refunds Processing:   

We will credit your credit card in a timely manner when merchandise is returned and a refund is processed.  However, please note that it may take your credit card issuing bank up to 14 days to process your refund to your card.  This also applies to website orders that are processed, but cancelled before shipping.  

Shipping Information

Alapage offers Free UPS Ground Shipping on All US Orders Over $100 within the Continental United States. If an item is in stock and an order is placed before 1:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday it will go out within 24-72 hours.  We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. If an item is NOT in stock we will contact you as soon as possible. We will always do our best to fulfill an order! 

Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping charges. See Order form for details and calculations. 

If you would like your items sooner than regular Ground Shipping, you may choose 2nd Day or Next Day Shipping, however, additional shipping charges will apply. See order form details and calculations.

Please note that 2nd Day and Next Day Shipping delivery schedules will be based on when the item actually ships, NOT when the order is placed.  You may call the store during store hours for more detailed information on when your package may ship.  Also, if you would like a Saturday delivery, please be sure to add that to your shipping method.  Additional fees may apply.

UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses. If an order is not shipped UPS Ground for this or any other reason, additional charges may apply and a signature will be required. For all orders shipped that are over $500, we will require a signature.

We may be able to ship internationally, but shipping costs must be specifically calculated for these orders. Please call us during our store hours for more information on this.

SALES TAX INFORMATION

Alapage owns and operates one brick-and-mortar store in the State of New Hampshire.  New Hampshire currently does not charge any in-state Sales Tax for merchandise sales.  Because our only location is in New Hampshire, and based on the current internet sales tax laws, Alapage will not be required to charge sales tax on customer orders.  PLEASE NOTE: Tax requirements may change at any time and if so, we reserve the right to change/modify/update this policy at any time without any warning.
